[Request]: Add Download Indicator to the Installer UI when the installer downloads needed dependencies.

Tell us the problem or your need

I am installing Fusion 360 with the Bottles Installer and while doing so I noticed that the Progress bar stopped moving while it says "Installing Windows Dependencies".

While that happens I noticed that my slow Internet comes to a crawl. After some investigating I noticed that Bottles is Downloading needed Data while the Installer UI does not show any Indication that it downloads needed data.

Describe the solution you'd like

Add an Indicator to the Installer UI that shows that something is downloading or needs to be downloaded.

Possible example: https://i.imgur.com/4j0F0tr.png (please excuse my bad drawing skills :-) the modified Screenshot is just an idea.

I am sure there is a better way to indicate the Download in progress with a better fitting Design :-)
