[Request]: Add support for .url files in the start menu

Tell us the problem or your need

I love bottles, but it would be perfect if it had support for running .url files directly from the Programs tab. For instance Ubisoft Connect offers you making a shortcut in the start menu - which would logically make a shortcut in bottles too for me to add to steam and so on. But it seems to me bottles don't recognize this file type.

Describe the solution you'd like

Adding support for .url files. They should be similar to .lnk files since they normally (at least for games) point to an app in the wine prefix - uplay://launch/46/0 - launches Ubisoft Connect with a parameter of a specified game id.

If the url would contain a normal internet url it would open up firefox directly (or any other browser installed on the Linux system).

Managing some unwanted shortcuts would be easy since there is an option to delete an entry in the bottles programs tab.

I think it would put the final missing piece of this great software for me.

Other solutions?

This feature request is probably irrelevant in the latest version, since you can set custom launch options for each executable. So I am not sure if it is needed anymore.
