[Request]: Show progress on import operation

When importing a bottle as a full configuration, it can take a while depending on how large it is. Currently in the GUI there is only a small notification letting the user know the import is happening and when it completes.

The same loading element used when exporting the configuration should also be used when importing one:

I also think this is a needed enhancement - I am importing two prefixes with a total size of ~150 gb, and I did not realize they would be copied. At least if there were some kind of progress indication I would be able to tell what's going on.

I would like to move them instead of copying but may break other managers

I've noticed since opening this issue there is actually a notification for importing, but you need to be in an existing bottle to see it. If you sit at the import window like I did, it won't be there.
