[Request]: Add man pages for bottles-cli

I'm in the process of packaging bottles for debian. I get the following warnings while building:

bottles: no-manual-page usr/bin/bottles-cli
bottles: no-manual-page usr/bin/bottles

Describe the solution you'd like

Addition of a manpage for both bottles and bottles-cli

I can't promise it will be done soon unfortunately

Ok, thanks. for the cli program a manpage would make sense. If I take another stab at bottles packaging I might write one myself.
