[Request]: Add win2000 to win_versions

Thank you for having implemented my request #1421.

Seems Windows 2000 is missing. No big deal here but in the process of fixing a bug in WineHQ, wine devs asked me to try in this version so it would be great this version to be added.

By the way why not adding every version supported by Wine ? (win 3.1 etc..)

Changing windows version is done by modifying the registry keys and there are no instructions for this, so we have to proceed by investigating the winecfg changes and this takes a long time

OK i understand. This is really not critical as this can be changed on winecfg directly.

So if you don't want to spend time on this it won't be a big issue. Just usual UI polishing..
