[Request]: Add support for Flatpaks new Dynamic Launcher portal

Tell us the problem or your need

KDE Plasma has added support for Flatpaks new Dynamic Launcher portal. I can't tell if Bottles was already using it as Plasma didn't support it before but if so, it would be cool to be able to launch a Wine game from my pinned icon in the task manager/task bar that calls Bottles and the game directly
