[Request] Adding CLI option to change loglevel

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. On one machine I am unable to download any runner or other component to my bottles installation. I'm getting immediately an error about a mismatch checksum or similar. I'm getting no info like unresolved hostnames or whatever. The whole error is just fully caught and I have no idea how to fix the issue myself. Something I noticed is that I only see INFO errors when running via `flatpak run ...``and it would be great if I could pass a log level via CLI.

Describe alternatives you've considered Being able to change the log level via the config file.
