What I'd like: Documentation on configuring with cilium cni with kube-proxy replacement and eks vpc.cni turned off without eni mode.

Hi @drduker, have you checked the official Cilium website for the EKS specific doc? It has covered installation on EKS setup for CNI chaining and without eks vpc cni setup.

Is there anything specific you want here? Do you need help with troubleshoot or something else?
