Containerd version 2.0.x

I searched in the issues but did not see any discussion around when/if Containerd version 2.0.x is on the radar for Bottlerocket. Thank you!

As part of the upgrade to Containerd version 2.0.x, it will be very beneficial to add igzip as part of the BottlerocketOS image, just like we have unpigz right now.

I should note, we have a tracking issue in bottlerocket-core-kit here: https://github.com/bottlerocket-os/bottlerocket-core-kit/issues/256

We can plan to keep both open - and this one until we do a Bottlerocket release with containerd2.0
