Expose Kubelet streamingConnectionIdleTimeout Setting

What I'd like:

Hello! I would like to be able to specify a more restrictive streamingConnectionIdleTimeout value by providing it through settings.kubernetes.streaming-connection-idle-timeout, in a similar way to other settings.

Any alternatives you've considered:

Per this comment, it seems this method would be the only permanent way to change the setting.
