out-of-date plug-in doc (bottle-sqlite)

I found a link to this page http://bottlepy.org/docs/dev/plugins/sqlite.html from https://pypi.python.org/pypi/bottle-sqlite/, but the install instructions at the former refer to an incorrect github repo: git://github.com/defnull/bottle.git

Not sure if they're out of date in any other way.

Also, I'm unable to find a link to http://bottlepy.org/docs/dev/plugins/sqlite.html from the bottlepy.org site.
