I tried adding a podcast stream ("Zeitzeichen" from WDR1) but looking at the individual podcasts only gives me an empty list:

@github-user-1 This seems related to your other issue #84 . It seems like the app fails to connect to the internet. Which phone are you using, and which version of the app?

I'm using Version 0.148.4.326-free-release from f-droid running on a Fairphone 2 with the latest Android 5.1 release from Fairphone. Internet connection is working perfectly well (over high-bandwidth WLAN).

@github-user-1 odd. Could you try to reproduce the error (open a subscription which gives you are white page). Then go to: Settings -> advanced -> submit debug log . Submit the log and post the link here. Thanks

@github-user-1 Thank you. I'll take a look at it, and get back to you when I'm done. But I'm not sure I have time right now.

@github-user-1 I'm unsure what to make of this at the moment. I can subscribe to the feed just fine, and your phone can obviously fetch the images from the other podcasts in the search results. Can you subscribe to other podcasts?

I added two more podcast streams for testing - these two work (one of them only after restarting the app though).

hmm - something strange as well... I exported opml from Doggcatcher and imported it into Soundwaves. What I got is (even after waiting an hour or so):

@github-user-1 Again - I would really like that OPML file, so I can inspect the feeds. Thanks

Here's the opml-file (an export from the DoggCatcher app); renamed to podcasts.opml.txt only here so github does include it properly:

podcasts.opml.txt
