Bug: the toggle button is not updated when this entry is not subscribed anymore

I have searched the history issue list, and have not found a similar bug.

The bug was found on the latest version 0.160.2 on Google Play, and were reproduciable on a Redmi Note 4X and an Android emulator 6.0 device.

Bug: in the "DISCOVER" page, none of the entries is subscribed, click an entry(e.g. "Crime Junkie" as shown in the video) leading to its content page, there is a floating button(this podcast will be subscibed if this button gets clicked) on the right. then click return button(upper left), select the "SUBSCRIPTIONS" page, which shows no podcast(correct behavior), click a toggle button of an entry to subcribe to it in the "DISCOVER" page, click it to the content page, the previous "subscribe" floating button is gone and a setting floating button comes into being instead(correct behavior). Now remove the pocast in the "SUBSCRIPTIONS" page, the toggle button is not updated accordingly in the "DISCOVER" page(incorrect behavior) but the "subscribe" floating button displays again in its content page(correct behavior) .

Another scenario: if we click the "subscribe" floating button in its content page, its toggle button in the "DISCOVER" page is also not updated but the entry in the "SUBSCRIPTION" page is updated, as shown in the gif below.
This can be somehow confusing as well as a bug. Thanks for your useful app and it would be really appreciated to get your concern on this.
