Crash when downloading a particular podcast

Hi,

Thanks for developing this app, it's great. I use it daily despite a few rough edges (which I will start reporting if it helps). I am using the f-droid version. I only have one device at the moment so I haven't been able to test if this is isolated to my device. I did however wipe the app cache uninstall and reinstall and had the same issue.

When I press the download icon for episodes of this podcast: http://oneshotpodcast.com/category/campaign/campaign-podcast/feed/ Soundwaves consistently crashes. Other podcasts download fine.

I get this too, is it a podcast with ads? I always get a crash if I try to download a podcast that has advertisements. Streaming works fine for me though.

Happening here with Nación Lumpen @ Spreaker (https://www.spreaker.com/show/1464503/episodes/feed). No ads. Streaming works fine.

I will provide a logcat whenever possible.
