Carousel Action Buttons Limited to "Open URL" Option Only

Describe the bug

In Botpress, when adding a Carousel followed by action buttons, the only available action type is "Open URL." There is no option to set up a variable or to simply display the label when the button is clicked, which is the expected behavior for action buttons.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create a Carousel in Botpress.
2. Add action buttons to the Carousel.
3. Observe that the only available action type for the buttons is "Open URL."

Expected behavior

Action buttons in a Carousel should allow for more types of actions, such as setting up a variable or displaying the label when clicked, in addition to the "Open URL" option.
