Links are not clickable in Botpress-Whatsapp integration

The links when mentioned explicitly are working/ being shown correctly. Eg: https://www.amazon.in

But when I use it dynamically inside a node (type: text), let's say there's an ID which I'm saving in a session variable session.id Desired output: https://www.amazon.in/123 Observed output: https:/:/www.amazon.in/123

Tried every possible solugtion but nothing's working
