HITL Next errors when agent attempts to open conversation

Describe the bug When the agent clicks a conversation in the HITL Next portal, an error is returned instead of opening the conversation.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Set self as online in HITLNext
2. Have a conversation get handed off
3. Click on the conversation in the HITLNext portal
4. See the error.

Expected behavior The conversation should open so the agent can exchange messages with the user.
