[FEATURE] Add interactive tour

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. The flow and nlu pages will be the most difficult to grasp (ignore the code editor for non-devs).

Describe the solution you'd like "Try the interactive tutorial" button in Bots page in admin. Upon clicking it, a new bot is created, with some intents already inside. User is shown intents page, with some explanations. User is shown entities with some explanations User is asked to go to flow page. User is given a few explanations on how intents work. User is asked to type something in chat window. User is shown code page. User is shown Q&A page. User is brought back to bots page, with the button still visible (so they can come back whenever they want).

Describe alternatives you've considered A simple non-interactive tour of the flow and nlu pages. A video follow-along. Videos are great, but they can be hard to make well, and this will be easier to adjust.

Additional context The actual flow of what is shown can be adjusted. It's just for reference. If we keep a button in the bots page, it will make easier for people to come back and see the tutorial again (same location)
