Thanks for the request to add before-parameter-build to the documentation. It looks like it was not included when https://github.com/boto/boto3/pull/3686 was merged to document events. Can check in with @jonathan343 on why it was not included.

Thanks for following up. Upon discussion with the team, the conclusion was that these events were intentionally excluded from the documentation due to their interactions with other customizations. What is publicly documented is officially supported.
