disabling refresh DOM conversation list

I don't know if there is a some front extension about botman but it will nice to override some front functionnality, this is my scenario: 1- I added 2 customs buttons (yes||no) surveys with bot reply, so whenever user clicks on these buttons, the container which contains buttons disapears on the DOM, apparently the widget creat a new refresh conversation list which is not what expected,
