I want to make this PR satisfy the contribution guidelines, and contribute more things in the future, but I'm not sure if it's gonna be even checked.

@kiasaty looks like @mpociot and @crynobone are not mantaining this repos anymore.

I'm thinking at open a new telegram driver repo to go from here with it, or you think you can do it from your fork?
