Looks like you need to follow [these steps](https://github.com/botletics/SIM7000-LTE-Shield/wiki/Arduino-IDE-Setup) to get the proper library installed.

What hardware are you using? Does it have a sufficient power supply? Try "AT&F0" to factory reset.
