Feature Request/Suggestion: Set start time for hourly/minute interval

The hourly/minute interval in Custom Commands allows you to choose the interval time and the days on which the command should run but it would be nice to have an option to choose the date/time of the first run time.

For example, I want to set a command to run at 1pm daily every weekday. I can set the command to: Trigger type: hourly interval Interval: 24 Channel: #general

But the command's start time will be dictated by the time I save the command. So if I decided to make this command at 2pm, it would run at 2pm every day, instead of 1pm. An option like below would be appreciated: Trigger type: hourly interval Interval: 24 Channel: #general First run: 03/29/2021 1:00 PM
