Almost completed with 98816474bed3aeea5d35c12b4d7d34e0d3405032. Need to securely wipe the unencrypted files though.
Because of [this issue](https://github.com/avibrazil/iOSbackup/issues/19) we have to enforce Python >= 3.8. If you have an older version, you need to upgrade I'm afraid.
