BotAllen Repository not working.

• Could not connect to BotAllen Repositore: [e.g. Jiotv]
• 2.00: [e.g. 2.0.0]
• Kodi Version17.1: [e.g. Kodi 19]
• Windows 10: [e.g. Windows 10, LibreElec 9.0, etc...]

Describe the bug When I am trying to install BotAllen repository onto my Kodi, its showing me could not connect to repository. I am in NZ is that the problem?
