What does this PR do?

Introduces new methods for checking and deactivating authorization, also refunding a transaction

Generally, I want to deprecate the old files provided by Unicodeveloper\LaravelPaystack as they're no longer necessary. Currently, using them is totally optional and if you noticed, there is no mention of them in the Documentation.

A PR to remove them all is totally welcome 🤗!
