quikey not working with chromium

Open realtimecarsten opened this issue 2 years ago • 1 comments

Just started using quikey, and first of all it does what I wanted, that's good.

However, it does not work in chromium. It seems that the wrong language settings are used.

This is how to reproduce the problem: define a new phrase for quikey: qk add -n ":qkt:" -p "Yes, this phrase has - a minus in it." check this works on the command line :qkt: will expand correctly to Yes, this phrase has - a minus in it. open chromium and type it into the input line for the URL. This will expand to Zes, this phrase has ß a minus in it.

I am running Manjaro 5.4.148-1, chromium version 94.0.4606.61 Arch Linux (64-Bit). I am using a German keyboard.
