I'm unsure if the PATH the Docs in older versions but as of PowerToys v0.79.0 this seems to be the valid PATH %LOCALAPPDATA%\Microsoft\PowerToys\PowerToys Run\Plugins seems to be the valid PowerToys Run PATH
