chore: create a MockSeaport contract to allow core-sdk e2e test

I've created this very thin MockSeaport contract. The contract does absolutely nothing, but only implements the "validate" method with the same signature as Seaport 1.4. That allows me to test the new services provided in the Core-SDK to call seaport "validate" via the seller voucher contract
