Can't view generated mhtml in chrome

curl http://localhost:3000/mhtml/https://www.wikipedia.org/ > fromprerender.mhtml
google-chrome ./fromprerender.mhtml

Results in blank page. mhtml saved from chrome by normal means can be opened without any issues.
