Communication: IRC?

I think it would help the direction of the project to have a faster, less formal discussion venue, in addition to formal Issues.

It was suggested in a few commit comments previously; how about IRC? irc://irc.gamesurge.net/pyCraftr

Or if you lack a client, Mibbit or wsirc

IRC's been great but there's not enough of you guys in here. Whenever you fire up Pycharm/Eclipse/IntelliJ, launch IRC too :D

No, Nebual meant to run both our IDE and IRC. However, this could be compatible with PyCharm ;) http://plugins.jetbrains.com/plugin?pr=&pluginId=1175
