Mismatch CUDA version

RuntimeError:
The detected CUDA version (12.1) mismatches the version that was used to compile PyTorch (11.3).
Please make sure to use the same CUDA versions.

This error shows up with both conda enviroments in misc path (enviroment_novis.yaml gets stuck). Does anyone know how to solve it without installing CUDA 11.3?
