Investigate breathe inline syntax support in doxysphinx

As discussed in the comments of #84 supporting rst inline syntax directly would be helpful for migrating from and to breathe based documentation.

This would involve heavy parsing for sure (so support here in doxysphinx is unlikely) but we could invest some time here to see if we can find a solution for it on second try.
