Research and document IDE integration for Trust Contracts

Once we have a working product, based on Trust Contracts which are WebAssembly programs with a fully-fledged runtime (#259), we need to explore how people can easily write contracts that target our platform. The choice of WebAssembly means we might be able to re-use large chunks of integration already available, but we need to at least document the process, and potentially customize some parts (e.g. to have contract-specific support).
