LLVM 3.4 compatibility

Hi,

Debian wants to make LLVM 3.4 the standard, and it seems that llvm-base needs to be updated to that. Is there an ETA for an updated version of llvm-base?

@nomeata if you look at the readme, llvm-general and llvm-general pure is now the community supported haskell llvm binding. the llvm / llvm-base lib maintainers now all use llvm-general in their work
