On windows, running deliver copies all needed DLLs into the specified build folder but it doesnt copy a zlib dll (if it is present on the system).

This prevents the executable from running properly on systems without a zlib dll installed.

Probably due to SBCL and its compressed images. Needs to be added, yes.
