Mouse Input issues (Some DX9 games)

Some DX9 games will suffer serious mouse stuttering in game. Cursor moves smooth in menus, but picture jumps from frame to frame in games and lags behind in menus when mouse is moved. Steady FPS otherwise though. Games tested and affected: Crysis 2 (DX9 Mode). Confirmed working fine in default DX9 renderer.
