Problem with utf-8 encoding

UTF-8 encoded text does not get rendered properly, e.g. è becomes è

There should be at least a setting for text encoding

Please submit a pull request. This may be fixed in a newer version of Showdown.

@lamuertepeluda I don't know if it's really an issue of Showdown because I changed my settings of chrome to auto-detect (encoding) and encoding errors disappeared.

Disable the extension, can you see the same encoding errors ?
