Save state of terminal layout

Feature Request: Ability to save the layout, tabs, and tab names of the terminal.

Why: Closing the application or shutting down the system currently results in the user having to reopen all the tabs manually, and rename them all again. It would be a nice feature to have tabs persist through a system restart or application restart, as sometimes those operations are needed.

Would be great if the splits could also be saved, so that Terminology can be launched with a certain split layout.
