Issue with Dall-E not loading or "page busy" error even with ad/tracker blocker off

There is a problem where Dall-E, even the most simple search, won't load or appears an "page busy" error, even with the trackers/ad blockers off and using a different browser. Is there a problem with this?

Browser: BRAVE 1.39.22 (or Chrome 102) Safari 16.0 macOS Ventura (13.0, 22A5266r)
