use_system_keyring broken on macOS 15

On macOS 15 the default-set use_system_keyring in English "Store repository passwords in system keychain, if available" breaks the use of an existing repository with the repo key stored in .config/borg/keys.

When checked (default from a fresh install), the repository can be added but no backups can be run, when unchecked everything works as expected.
