remove handwritten shell completions

remove the handwritten completions in scripts/completions/... after the auto-generated ones have been successfully tested, see also #9172.

borg completion bash
borg completion tcsh
borg completion zsh  # works for shtab >= 1.8.0
borg completion fish  # wait for future shtab with fish support
