Strange rendering issues when using Colorcoder

Using Colorcoder, Naomi does some some weird things when coloring functions.

Compare the standard Babel plugin to Naomi using the Facebook color scheme:

If I don't use Colorcoder, this is what it looks like:

Which makes me wonder why it gets so messed up when using Colorcoder.

I attached the Candyman theme that Colorcoder modified. It's a .txt instead of .tmTheme because GitHub wouldn't let me attach it otherwise. Candyman (Colorcoded).txt
