Sublime Text 3 dies after I use "open evernote note" on the command palatte behind Chinese proxy

I was previously in the U.S. and the plugin worked very well. It was great, indeed. But recently I traveled to China and it seems that ST3 freezes/dies when I try to do something with Evernote. Is it because I am using a proxy? Thanks a lot for the plugin and your help!

Hi thanks a lot for your report, this is helpful because it may point us in the right direction wrt #42. I would help if you could set the debug setting to true in Evernote.sublime-settings, open the console and try an Evernote command such as Open note. If something goes wrong there should be an error report in the console, the contents of which could help us see what happened.

Besides, the Chinese users of Evernote are advised to use app.yinxiang.com instead of evernote.com as host, see the wiki. Could you try if that works?
