Couldn't install on Mac 10.12.6 and Sublime 3.0 Build 3143

I couldn't install this plugin using Package Control. Upon opening Console, I see these error relating to pygments:

Have you tried to restart ST? Which version of ST are you running? You may try reinstalling the plugin again, or installing pygments manually.

Same error for me (Sublime 3143 (although I have also tried it with the latest dev build)), and I don't see any way to install pygments manually.
