sublime-evernote can not be installed

The sublime text 3 had been installed on my PC.But the sublime-evernote can not be installed showing " Package Control An error occured while trying to unzip the package file for Evernote.Please try installing the package again.

Package Control 
      Unable to download bz2. Please view the console for more details.

" What is wrong with my sublime text 3 ?
