Having Viewed a Note with Attachments, and Having Showed one of its Attachments and it having opened in a new tab, where on my system can I find this copy of the attachment file. Although it would be nice to have the ability to edit this attachment and update it in the note, I'd be served just by figuring out how one can use that copy outside of the Sublime tab. Thx.

Hi, this is certainly something that can be easily added and could be useful to others. I'll add it to the todo list for next release. In the meantime you can find the file you are viewing in the temporary files directory which is dependent on the OS you are using.
