Gotek control

As title suggests; control the Gotek navigation from the keyboard. USB HID has keys the Amiga does not, so this should be fairly possible.

i²c should be possible, or send pulses à la the rotary encoder mechanism. i²c would piggyback off of the display port but may have issues on Gotek-side with any displays attached there (or displays on the hid-pico side snatched by the Gotek). Rotary encoder pulses likely a safer mechanism.
