Opening this for tracking purposes, I'll fork this and start working on support for Mac.

Hi Jon! Thanks a lot for helping with this. I'm thinking of merging the two repositories to avoid duplicating the code in common, but still keeping two PyPI packages (probably with mouse being an empty package with a dependency on keyboard). But I'll make sure your changes are not lost.

@glitchassassin I see your fork of this repo, but no support for OS X. Is there any?

Afraid not, I no longer have access to a Mac for development and testing. Note that the original keyboard repo did have mouse support for OS X, so you can refer to the source there to re-implement.
