Change folder names within project and course directories so they are in an ordered list

Hi Wags, please change the numerical names of the folders in the 'project' and 'course' directories so that they are displayed in an ordered list: ex Project folder:

01 Setup
02 Boilerplate
03 Postgres
04 Create Users instead of the current order:
1 Setup
10 Posts
11 Submit
2 Boilerplate

please assign me to this issue, if you feel that it enhances to usability of the resources. Is there a particular contributions guide you would like me to follow?
